III. REZONING (CITY)

1. Consideration of a request to rezone property located along the 700 Block of Old Humboldt Road, from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) District to RS-1/PRD (Single Family Residential/Planned Residential Development) District, comprising 7.57± acres, submitted by Ryan Richardson, Surveying Services on behalf of ZEKO Properties, LLC.

2. Consideration of a request to rezone property located along the 1188 Block of Ashport Road, from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) District to RS-2 (Single Family Residential) District, comprising 20.32± acres, submitted by Mickey Evans, Clay Williams & Associates on behalf of Alissa Maness, The Freedom Trust.

IV. REZONING (INNER)

1. Consideration of a request to rezone property located along the 2370 Block of Technology Drive, from F-A-R (Forestry-Agriculture-Recreation) District to I-2 (Manufacturing and Warehousing) District, comprising 40.67± acres, along with an amendment to the Civic Master Land Use Plan, submitted by Ali Weaver, Silicon Ranch Corporation, on behalf of the heirs of Rich Blanche Long, Jackson Solar Farms.

    V. ANNEXATION

1. Consideration of the Annexation, Plan of Service, and proposed zoning for an area referred to as “S.R. 223”, generally located on the east side of S.R. 223, south of Lower Brownsville Road, comprising 5.48 acres, more or less. The proposed zoning for this annexation area is I-2 (Light Industrial) District.

VI. SUBDIVISIONS

1. Review of a revised preliminary subdivision plat for Centennial Place located on Old Humboldt Road, comprising 104 lots and 6 common areas on 23.09± acres, in a RS-1/PRD (Single Family Residential/Planned Residential Development) District, submitted by Ryan Richardson, Surveying Services, Inc. on behalf of ZEKO Properties, LLC.

2. Review of a preliminary plat for Freedom Farms, located on Old Humboldt Road, comprising 30 lots and 3 common areas on 20.32± acres, in a RS-2 (Single Family Residential) District, submitted by Mickey Evans, Clay Williams & Associates on behalf of Alissa Maness, The Freedom Trust.

3. Review of a final plat for Palmer Woods Section 4-B, located on Doe Valley Cove, comprising 17 lots on 4.44± acres, in a RS-1 (Single Family Residential) District, submitted by Ryan Richardson, Surveying Services Inc., on behalf of VFW Partners.

4. Review of a final plat for Wyndstone Section 3, located on Garrison Drive, comprising 16 lots on 5.70± acres, in a RS-1 (Single Family Residential) District, submitted by Ryan Richardson, Surveying Services Inc., on behalf of Lee Godfrey.
